Ungex ship internationally and have a sophisticated knowledge on most countries customs policies.
However, if you live in a country that has strict border control on imports, please leave a note at checkout and we will contact you before shipment to work out the best solution.
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Check on your banks website for an accurate currency conversion.
Your bank or PayPal will automatically convert the currency upon payment.
We will not deliver to a P.O. Box, please ensure your correct shipping address is entered on checkout.
Products will come with a general user guide, as well as emails and instructional videos.
An Ungex Demodex Consultant will also follow up with you via phone and email after product arrives to go through the instructions step-by-step and ensure your understanding.
Your Demodex Consultant will go through a questionnaire with you once the 3 months is coming to a close.
To be sure all the generations have been targeted we like to confirm that symptoms have subsided for 2-3 weeks.
Your consultant will talk about it towards the end of treatment. Once current populations are gone, they could potentially transfer again in the future. So we do recommend to boost your immune system parallel to treatment, so your body can prevent this in the future from reoccurring. However you can also continue to use the products casually to help in prevention.

Ungex Pty Ltd purchases the complimentary High Frequency Instrument (HFI) on their customer’s behalf from 3rd party suppliers and are in no way affiliated or responsible with these suppliers. It is available exclusively with Bundle 1 and Bundle 2 only.
For customers who already have a HFI, you may receive a free product in its place, simply leave a note in checkout or contact our sales team.
HFI is delivered separately from Ungex’s products, so will not be sent in same package. Due to item being ordered by 3rd supplier it may take longer to be delivered. You should kindly contact Ungex to be advised of HFI delivery time.
If HFI if fails to arrive at all by the due date (please allow up-to one to two weeks either side of EDT) or arrives damaged, customers should contact Ungex and they will follow up with supplier on the customer’s behalf.
No refunds are available for HFI under any circumstances due to the fact that Ungex purchases item out of their own pocket, however we will always work with you to find an amicable solution. HFI may require an adaptor.
If you so not wish to receive a HFI or live in an exclusion zone* then you may receive a complimentary item (e.g. a shampoo) in it’s place, just leave an order not in checkout or email our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org
